What happens is that you send out packages every day assuming that they arrive on time. "You are paying for guaranteed delivery time for GROUND AND AIR shipments. If the company you shipped to did not get it on time, they usually wait a day or two and then the parcel arrives and everyone is happy...except your bottom line cash flow.
If the GROUND or AIR shipment was late, you are entitled to a refund...it's right on your invoice every week! You should be getting a credit against your invoice for that week. As shipments are late usually 8%-12% of the time, that money is rightfully yours!
